Package suppose to be for Christmas
Anybody who read this, contact me at erickgomez@msn.com, let us all join together and file a class action lawsuit against this company. I'd been to their office in Woodside Queens more than 20 times and every time I go there I'm hearing complains from walk-in customers and some over the phone and the lady is telling different stories.

We need to report this RDR to Phils DTI, NYC consumer affairs http://www1.nyc.gov/site/dca/consumers/file-complaint.page and BBB https://www.bbb.org/new-york-city/get-consumer-help/
I'd been to their office in Woodside and the lady in there is answering phone complains non-stop and telling all different stories. My last resort now is just to pay another shipping fee in Manila. The 3rd party trucking company will not deliver unless I will pay them because according to them RDR did not pay what they have agreed.
Go to the police department of the town or city you dropped the boxes off at. I just filed a report with the Bergenfield, NJ police department. The company has all signs of going out of business and you need to file a complaint against them. I have also contacted 7 on your side to try to have them pick up the story and get the word out because there are many people that have been wronged by this company. The landlord for the Bergenfield office has already served papers to have them removed from the premises.

Walang hiya yan RDR ( ROMMEL DEL ROSARIO ) NAYAN .IMAGINE OCT . Pa pala may problema sila .Kinuha pa ying boxes namin na pinadala nmin ng march . Until now wala pa din . Pah call family ko sa pils . To claim d boxes sabi nila di pedeng i release kasi di sila bnanayadan pa ng hayup na rommel na yan . & LCSN SAID 2YRS . Ago na rin sila di connected sa RDR kasi di rin sila bnayadan ng gago na yan . Pero yun receipt na bnigay nya samin . LCSN pa rin . Manloloko . Pag itong aug. Di pa na receive ng family ko ying boxes magkita na tayosa korte . KAPWA MO PINOY LOLOKOHIN MO !!!!
Ilang beses na akong pabalik balik sa office nila sa Queens at everytime na punta ko doon ay ibat ibang reasons ang binibigay ng mother ng may ari na si Minerva del Rosario.Nagpadala ako ng five boxes last January 2015 at three boxes naman noong May 2015 at kahit ni isa ay walang dumating.Magaling mag bigay ng rason ang mama ni RDR kesyo andyan na daw sa bodega nila ready to deliver na .Everytime na magbalik ako sa oficce nila ay ganun at ganun pa rin ang kanyang sinasabi.Nahikayat pa niya akong magbigay ng extra 100 dollars para daw sa karagdagang bayad nila sa shiptment at para ma release na sa Customs.Ang assurance pa ni MINERVA DEL ROSARIO AY MABALIK ANG 50 PERCENT NG BINIGAY KO PAG NA DELIVER NA ANG BOX.Last na punta ko sa office nila sinabihan ako na pag gusto ko daw na madeliver ang box ay kailangan magbayad ako ng extra 2 thousand kada box dun sa mag dedeliver sa pinas.Hanggang ngayon hindi ko alam kung ano na ang kinahihinatnan ng mga boxes na pinadala ko kasi ang pag kakaalam ko nag file na ng bankcruptcy ang RDR company.Kung mabasa man eto ng may ari ng RDR company sana pagpalain pa rin kayo ng maykapal kahit sa mga ginagawa ninyong hindi mabuti sa mga OFW na nagpapadala ng kanilang mga pinaghirapan sa pamilya nila sa PILIPINAS.Sana mahimbing pa rin ang tulog ninyo sa gabi na kahit alam nyo na noong October 2014 na may problema na ang inyong companya at patuloy pa rin ang pagtanggap ninyo ng mga boxes.Sa mga kasama ko na mga OFW dito sa New york na nabiktima sa RDR cargo company sana magkaisa tayo at idaing natin ang mga ating complaint against this company.Nanawagan po kami sa aming mahal na pangulong Duterte na sana ay makaabot ang hinaing namin g ito tun gkol sa aming mag pinaghirapan na balikbayan boxes...ATO NI BAI.
Ang kapamilya ko sa pinas tumawag dun sa number na binigay ng RDR sa amin pero yung babaeng nakausap nila sinabi daw na tinanggal na sya ng RDR at sinabi daw sa kanila nung babae na mas maigi daw na puntahan na daw agad ang mga boxes dahil mawawala na daw yun sa custom at wala ng aasahan ang mga kapamilya natin sa pinas sa mga boxes natin
I sent my box last week of December 2015, until now wala pa rin sa Pinas.I tried contacting them a huge number of times but no one has responded. I wonder if my box would still be delivered...

I finally received my box after agreed to pay them extra, they delivered my 3 boxes intact. I am glad that they got hold of some shipment company to get connected with the boxes. My family is happy. I send the box april,2016 and they got it last September. I pay them extra $120 for my 3 boxes. they also gave us a list of the name of the boxes, and they got involved with at least 4 shipping company. I still have one box that need to be deliver which i mailed last May 2016. and my sister has 3 boxes also, they cannot contact at this time, don't know what happened to them.
