Do Not Buy WelTV IPTV Box
Do not buy Weltv IP tv box! Unit is too expensive and service is the worst. Bought my unit last December 2015 for $185 and it was broken a few days after. The WelTV owner from China Alan Zhou gave me so many excuses and instructions how to troubleshoot, but the tv box has gotten worst. After few months of exchanging emails and chat he passed me on to Dora with the same excuses. Now these two WelTV representatives are ignoring me despite so many emails sent to them.

Yes worst expensive box I ever bought, the cheap box won't last that long. Don't buy this cheap box! you will regret it!
What do you meant by "DO NOT WORK". I have my WelTV a year ago and I don't have any problem. The instructions manual that goes with it is not complete, however, you need to know the Settings and its configuration to be able to fix problems. For best result you need a wired connection instead of WiFi. There are times that the installed apps may not work but this can be easily fixed, simply clicking on the Settings clear the cache and the system re-install the apps.
This cheap boxes will soon not work, they are streaming copyrighted contents. GLOBAL VOD & Movies Heaven? from torrents not a chance, soon this cheap boxes will be seized by authorities. They don't have licence to distribute this TV Channels as well as streaming Pirated Movies. Not worth the money as this cheap boxes will not last long. Thought you save money? LMAO

Yes, the box is still with me collecting dust.
it has a one year warranty, if it broke then return it. they will refund you the full price of the box. if you pay $20-30 a month for one year it will cost about $200 or more plus a subscription of a basic cable which will cost you about $25 a month. so i think if you utilized the box for atleast one year it will payoff for itself.
Replace the dc adapter and it will work again.The power adapter is busted. Try it.
We just bought similar DC adapter and replace the busted one and it work.

Just for the record, most of these so call IPTV box out in the market are illegal. Actually, to be more exact, the box itself are totally legal, but the content it offers, such as free live streams, are not legal. When we purchased our box few years ago, we knew one of these days the company will get shut down, just like TVPAD. With these type of products, it's always buy at your own risk.
